In less than two months, Berlin Festival will take over the decommissioned Tempelhof Airport once more to celebrate acts and DJs galore from 7th to 8th September. Even though, the airport party is very close, our line-up keeps on getting bigger and bigger.

We’re very happy to announce that The Soundtrack Of Our Lives will play this year’s Berlin Festival. Before saying goodbye for good, the Swedish psychedelic rock band fronted by Ebbot Lundberg released a final album, „Throw It To The Universe,“ which they will perform live at an exclusive festival show.

At Club Xberg, electro label !K7 will celebrate 27 years of label history with a !K7 Anniversary Special. Hercules & Love Affair Soundsystem as well as When Saints Go Machine and Brandt Brauer Frick will join the anniversary party at Glashaus. Further acts will be announced shortly. Alongside various gigs, the anniversary will be accompanied by a !K7 exhibition at the festival’s Art Village at Tempelhof Airport.

Mostly Robot, a cast jam experiment, are scheduled to perform as well. Provided that they wouldn’t use a MIDI clock on stage, Jamie Lidell, Tim Exile, Jeremy Ellis, Mr Jimmy and DJ Shiftee celebrated their stage premiere at this year’s Sónar Festival in Barcelona. At Berlin Festival, Mostly Robot’s exciting endeavours will be continued with an exlusive festival performance.

Simian Mobile Disco will perform songs off their recently released album “Unpatterns” at Club Xberg, Kid Simius will lure the crowds and singer-songwriter Kimbra from New Zealand, who provided lyrics for Gotye’s mega hit, will perform as well. With Return Of The Amazons feat. Chicks On Speed & Maral Salmassi yet another fantastic collaboration awaits all festivalgoers this year.

Due to scheduling reasons, Morning Parade and Digitalism had to cancel their peformance unfortunately.

Tickets are available via as well as via CTS shops. To get in the mood for the festival event in September, check out the following PLAYLIST compiled by
