I Heart Sharks’ “Neuzeit” is official Berlin Festival song 2012

We’ve got a new festival tune! With “Neuzeit”, taken from the band’s current album, Summer, I Heart Sharks already contributed to the festival’s two line-up trailers. So why not make this catchy tune this year’s official festival song, we asked ourselves. So we did! With its synth pop single, “Neuzeit”, the Berlin-based trio with roots in New York, London and Bavaria hits the German capital’s zeitgeist perfectly capturing the Berlin Festival flair.
The official festival tune, presented by Tonspion.de, will be available for free from 1st August on through www.berlinfestival.de.
The festival’s running order will be announced on Tuesday, 7th August.
