Andy Butler’s affinity for Greek mythology is rooted in his childhood days. That some day Hercules & Love Affair’s frontman would be able to transform his knowledge into musical potential, he might never have guessed. Sound-wise his project has nothing in common with a proper Greek tragedy, yet the more with disco-laden hooks.
